The Role

You’ll have the chance to get stuck into a wide variety of projects across residential, commercial, education and leisure sectors. This is a role where you’ll gain real, hands-on experience and exposure to all areas of cost management, including:

- Preparing cost estimates, budgets and tender documentation

- Assisting with contract administration and valuations

- Working closely with clients, contractors and consultants

- Supporting value engineering and cost reporting

- Playing an active role in delivering projects successfully

About You

- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)

- Some industry experience (placement, internship, or Assistant QS role)

- Keen to progress towards chartership (full APC support available)

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Motivated, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing business
