A well-established, privately owned housebuilder is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a £20m+ residential development in Maidstone. This is a long-term, site-based opportunity offering exposure to a full project lifecycle on a large scheme, rather than being restricted to a small package as is often the case within a PLC environment. You'll work closely with an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, gaining hands-on experience across all commercial functions and building a strong platform for career progression.
