Salary: up to £55,000

We're working with a well-established London developer delivering a significant multi-phase residential scheme, and they're looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills on a complex, high-value project while working closely with experienced senior staff.

You’ll be supporting the site-based commercial team on day-to-day cost management, procurement tasks and subcontractor administration, with clear progression opportunities as the project moves through key stages. The environment is fast-moving but supportive, ideal for someone who’s looking to take real ownership of their work and progress confidently toward a Project QS role.

What you’ll be involved in:
