Your Next Job - What You'll Be Doing

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial team across a range of packages and projects, helping to ensure financial efficiency and successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cost Management: Assist with valuations, variations, forecasting, and cost control across multiple live packages.
  • Procurement Support: Help prepare tender documents, issue orders, and liaise with supply chain partners.
  • Subcontractor Accounts: Monitor applications, payments, and contract administration.
  • Project Collaboration: Work alongside site teams, project managers, and senior surveyors to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
  • Reporting: Contribute to monthly CVRs, commercial reports, and risk management strategies.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Support the development of strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
