Capstone Recruitment are working exclusively with a medium‑size cost management consultancy who specialise in the high‑end residential and hotel market. They work with some of the most prestigious clients globally, delivering projects where quality and luxury are paramount.

As part of their growth, they are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support senior staff on projects in Southwest London. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, gain hands‑on experience, and progress toward chartership.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist with cost planning and preparation of tender documents
  • Support Bill of Quantities production and contract administration
  • Carry out measurements and valuations under guidance of senior staff
  • Help prepare financial reports for clients
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings alongside senior colleagues
  • Gain exposure to high‑end residential and hotel projects
Candidate Requirements
