I am working with a well‑established and reputable fit‑out contractor based in Edinburgh who are looking to add a junior Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team. Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the commercial management of fit‑out projects.
  • Advising and liaising with operational management on contract and commercial matters.
  • Supporting cost management, take‑offs, valuations, procurement and subcontractor management.
  • Reporting on monthly costs, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing cost forecasts.
  • Attending site visits as required.
Qualifications
  • Be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
  • Have 1-5 years experience is a Quantity Surveying capacity with a contractor.
