Assistant Property Manager – Nottingham – £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

A fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join a well-established and growing property management company based in Nottingham, offering a salary of £35,000 plus excellent benefits. With over 20 years in operation and a portfolio of over 25 residential blocks across the UK, the company has a solid reputation in the residential block management sector. This is an excellent role for someone looking to develop their property management career in a professional and supportive environment. This is a primarily office-based role with some travel as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a residential block portfolio in line with current regulations and lease agreements.
  • Co-ordinate planned maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring compliance and documentation are up to date.
  • Handle queries from leaseholders and directors regarding accounts, budgets and maintenance.
  • Attend residents’ meetings and AGMs, providing professional advice and updates.
  • Prepare accurate property budgets and support major works projects, including Section 20 consultations.

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in residential property or block management.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.

The office is based in central Nottingham (NG1), easily commutable from:
