Job Description

The Glasgow infrastructure team consists of experienced Project Managers at various stages within their career and we are looking to support aspiring Assistant Project Managers who are keen to carve a career within projects. Working on a range of industry leading projects within transportation, utilities and highways, you will diversify your portfolio of works whilst being encouraged to develop your career to become a fully fledged PM within the business.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Project Manager on a range of tasks
  • Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • Producing project plans
  • Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
  • Tracking and documenting changes
  • Preparing written project communication materials
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports
  • Liaising with the client, contractors and designers
  • Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc
  • Reporting
Qualifications
  • Degree educated
  • Experience of working on major Infrastructure projects
  • NEC accredited
