What you will be doing:

  • Assist with project planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Organize and delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure deliverables.
  • Maintain communication with team members, stakeholders, and vendors; facilitate meetings and distribute information.
  • Manage project documentation, prepare reports, control documents, and schedule meetings.
  • Collect and analyze project data to track progress, identify issues, and update the project manager.
  • Assist in risk identification and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support budget monitoring and ensure adherence.
  • Help ensure project quality standards are met.
  • Address issues during the project lifecycle and collaborate on solutions.
