A leading retail brand is seeking a full-time Assistant Merchandiser for their London office. The role involves working closely with Merchandisers on Home Fragrance and Beauty for their biggest account. Key responsibilities include managing the Critical Path for various products, coordinating purchase orders, and ensuring accurate stock management. Ideal candidates should possess strong numeracy and Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and be adaptable to company needs. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing work from home one day a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Critical Path management for multi-product areas.
• Set up stock codes on internal Syspro system.
• Keep Syspro system up-to-date with changes in prices and pack sizes.
• Raise official purchase orders and send to factories.
• Liaise with customers to ensure correct delivery dates.
• Review weekly factory load plans to ensure they are shipping to plan.
