Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Merchandising Assistant or Junior Merchandiser, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solver who can make recommendations backed by data.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandiser in managing stock levels and allocations.
• Analyze sales performance and stock data to identify trends.
• Maintain and forecast the WSSI for optimal stock cover.
• Prepare weekly and monthly trade reports with actionable insights.
• Manage intake planning and brand communication for timely deliveries.
