A leading retail company in Liverpool is seeking a candidate for a merchandising role to manage supplier relationships and stock availability across various beauty brands. You’ll be joining the Merchandising team, who look to provide the customer with the right product at the right time. Working closely with the Buying team, you will build assortment strategies by focusing on ensuring the best possible range for our customers whilst liaising with suppliers to ensure we have stock available in a timely manner all within the constraints of budgets.
Within the role you’ll report directly into a Junior Merchandiser for the area so lots of opportunity to further develop your skills and will work across several beauty brands.
Day to day you will be meeting and handling supplier and brand relationships, working closely with the buying and wider merchandising teams, forecasting and managing brand availability and stock intake.

You can expect a two-stage interview process for this position:
1st stage - An informal 30-minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd Stage – A one-hour formal interview where you can expect both competency and technical questions. This can be held either in-person or remotely.
