Job description

Exciting new challenge available for an Assistant Manager to join our client s Risk & Compliance division and provide support in the provision of a proactive risk and control administration and advisory service across a leading fiduciary services business.

The successful candidate will contribute to the compliance and risk strategy; liaising with the senior management team and advising on relevant regulatory matters and best practice within the industry to ensure a robust compliance control framework is in place. You will play a key role in undertaking compliance monitoring and provide comprehensive advisory, monitoring and control services to the Jersey business.

Applicants must have previous Risk & Compliance experience, supported by good technical knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements and a relevant professional qualification. A team focussed and collaborative approach is essential, along with the ability to lead and mentor others and strong communication skills.
