Hours : 42.5 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days - and we stick to this!
We are looking for bright, ambitions and enthusiastic people at the top of their game to join our growing management team across our shops in Oxford.
Managers are the heart of our organisation and play a vital role in how the business operates.
You will be involved in real business decisions and will have a great opportunity to develop yourself further and progress with us.
Previous management experience in a quick-service style operation is preferable, however being a foodie who loves working with excellent ingredients, and making and drinking great coffee and someone who is real ‘people person’ is more important.
