£30,600 per annum - 40 hours per week

What you will be doing as an Assistant Manager
  • Supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
  • Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service.
  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.
Skills & Knowledge you’ll need
  • An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs.
  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards.
  • An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment.
  • An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of task’s in an effective and timely manner.
