A leading consulting firm is seeking an Assistant Manager for their People Consulting division in the UK. The ideal candidate will manage client engagements, develop business relationships, and contribute to team growth. The role requires expertise in behavioural change and organisational development. People Consulting is an integral part of KPMG's Advisory practice and a growing part of our business. This team helps to transform the performance of organisations by changing the way people are led, managed and developed. We focus on two key areas - delivering the people agenda on large scale, complex, transformational change programmes and transforming the HR function. We have 5 key capabilities that work across the sectors: Behavioural Change Management, Organisation Development, HR Transformation, Talent Management and Workforce Intelligence. Within the IGH People Consulting team we group around a number of market sectors including Justice, Security & Safety, Transport and Infrastructure, Education, Productivity & Skills, Health and Human Services, Local Government plus Trade, Treasury and Investment.
We are seeking a talented individual to manage work streams on client engagements and to take a pro-active business development role by building relationships with clients. You would need knowledge and skills in Behavioural Change Management, Organisation Development and ideally in one other area:
