Quest Seach and selection is partnering with a heritage Formal wear brand, celebrated for its craftsmanship, quality, and timeless style.

Responsibilities
  • Managing store opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervising the store team and working closely with senior management.
  • Overseeing stock and inventory processes.
  • Assisting management in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall KPI performance.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example to drive sales.
  • Providing strong duty management support and coaching sales staff to meet their goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years+ experience in a supervisory or department, assistant, deputy management experience.
  • Prior tailoring experience is desirable
  • Background in retail, preferably within fashion.
