Assistant Manager – Exciting Pub Group – Greater Manchester - £35,000

We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Assistant Manager to join our hospitality team. This is a fantastic chance to step into a leadership role where you’ll support day‑to‑day operations, guide a passionate team, and help deliver memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the General Manager with daily operations across food, beverage, and accommodation areas.

  • Help manage bookings, payments, and coordination with other teams.
  • Train, coach, and support team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Step in for the General Manager when required, ensuring smooth running of operations.
