• £31,500 per year
• Plusup to £8,200 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last year's figures), giving total potential earnings of £37,700 per year.

We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our lovely team in our Rick Stein restaurant in Winchester.

What you’ll be getting up to

• Supporting with running our restaurant and making our guests smile
• Delivering the highest standard of service and demonstrating the ability to wow our guests
• Motivating your team by providing excellent support and training

• Reviewing customer feedback, communicating to the team and rewarding as appropriate

You’ll need to have worked as a supervisor, assistantmanageror senior waiter before.
