Location : Wildwood, Epping

Package : The stated package includes the predicted service charge. This is based on an hourly rate on a 45 hour contract. This means that additional hours worked will be paid.

We have an opportunity in our beautiful restaurant in Epping situated at the heart of the town. This once‑floor restaurant accommodates approximately 180 covers indoor. It makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner.

We are looking for a hands‑on Assistant Manager that is involved and responsible. The General Manager is fantastic and will share all aspects of running the restaurant to help with your growth and development. Equally we want a manager who loves hospitality and will be stuck in on service, making it the best experience for our guests.

We’re looking for a personality‑packed Assistant Manager. You’re confident, energetic, and impossible to ignore in the best way. Whether welcoming guests, leading a buzzing service, or handing out tasters to passersby, you’ll embody the Wildwood magic. You’ll set the tone with your passion for perfection, ensuring every shift runs flawlessly both front and back of house.

• Handle all things people‑related – from recruitment and training to team wellbeing and performance management
• Manage stock levels, place accurate orders, and work with suppliers
• Keep tight control on labour, rotas, and productivity
• Ensure all operational tasks (including health & safety, compliance and cash handling) are delivered to the highest standard
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling wowed
