A well-known restaurant group in Greater London is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee and support operations. You will be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, mentoring staff, scheduling shifts, handling customer inquiries, managing payroll, ensuring safety regulations compliance, and maintaining financial records.   • Conduction payroll activities in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
  • Purchasing new ingredients, kitchen utensils and equipments when stock is low or damaged.
  • Source better deals on all resources and equipments that warrant replacing or replenishing.
  • Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.
