Assistant Manager - London

Pay: £17.20 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

We’re seeking an organised, personable and proactive Assistant Manager to support the smooth running of our hospitality service in London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, brings strong attention to detail, and delivers a consistently positive experience for clients and guests.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the daily operation of hospitality services, ensuring high standards at all times.
  • Work closely with the management team to maintain efficient workflows and service excellence.
  • Assist with financial duties such as stock control, ordering and basic cost monitoring.
  • Help drive engagement initiatives and contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
  • Build and maintain professional, friendly relationships with clients and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance, safety and operational procedures are consistently upheld.
