Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability with a firm focus on the customer journey. You will divide your time between the workshop, working alongside the technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service. This is a long-term career opportunity with progression and training schemes.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Manager in day-to-day operations, focusing on delivering a high-quality customer experience and driving profitability.
  • Work in the workshop with technicians and contribute to workshop activities as needed.
  • Assist with daily sales, customer service, and business performance initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management.
  • Experience / Ability to deliver coaching and training to colleagues in the moment.
  • Technical / Mechanical ability or experience.
  • Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
  • IT proficient, with willingness to learn in-house systems.
  • Good time management.
  • A current valid driving licence.
