Humble Grape a renowned group of wine bars and restaurants is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager for the new opening in Central London.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering strong sales and business growth who thrives in a hospitality environment and embodies our ethos. As the face of the brand you’ll need to be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about exceptional customer service. Additionally, you’ll be a strong leader with experience in recruiting, training and developing top-tier talent.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication skills with both guests and colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Passion for and knowledge of wine.
• WSET qualifications are highly desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
