About The Team

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing drive the invoicing process and minimise working capital balances for projects within your portfolio. Identify process improvement opportunities
• Business control - Assist with project budgeting, forecasting and reviewing contract documentation
• Finance Business Partner Maintain a close relationship with Project Managers and support them with project control and accounting topics
• Policies, procedures and compliance Ensure the quality of our project administration is of the highest standard, perform internal control and compliance checks on contract documents and invoices
• Financial control and accounting for international projects.

What we are looking for

• A degree in accounting or a related field and/or studying towards an AAT qualification, alongside 1 + years work experience in a similar role
• A basic understanding of invoicing, with practical experience
• An independent and critical thinker with the ability to contribute as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
