A leading health and social care organization in Yeovil is recruiting for an Assistant Outreach Manager. This diverse role supports the Regional Manager in delivering person-centered care and managing a team of Community Connectors. Candidates should have experience with various needs, excellent time management skills, and be willing to work towards a Diploma in Health and Social Care. The Assistant Outreach Manager will support the manager and their team of Community Connectors in a variety of ways -delivering the highest possible care of person centered support to the people we support, ensuring compliance to organizational policies and procedures assisting with rota planning and shift management, using different IT Systems to ensure full compliance in H&S checks managing their time effectively across two locations working alongside the Regional Manager to ensure that colleagues are supported and managed effectively in line with the company values. Acting up as manager when the Regional Manager is unavailable to ensure safe running of the outreach service and compliance is maintained.

The total annual pay for the role is currently £30808.69. This role may be subject to an off rota allowance which will be discussed with the successful candidate.
