Job description

Job title: Assistant (Japanese Speaking)

Location: Oxfordshire

Employment status: Temporary

Salary: GBP15/hour

Working days:

• 22 days in total
• Up to 10 days (January/February) preparation, WFH
• 12 days (15th - 28th March) installation, Oxfordshire

Working hours:

• During preparation: flexible
• During installation: likely 8am-6pm, including one hour lunch break

Responsibilities

During preparation

• Arranging for Hotels, and for all transportation for the Japanese Engineer including from Airport and local travel to/from hotel to work location.
• Acting as a liaison for communication with customers
• Liaising with the local team

During installation

• Picking up from the nearest airport at beginning and end of work assignment dates in Oxfordshire
• Daily transportation with the Engineer from hotel to work location daily
• Acting as a liaison for communication with customers
• Ad-hoc work assigned by the Japanese Engineer
