A leading social housing association in Plymouth seeks an enthusiastic individual to support the Housing Officer in providing high-quality estate management services. This role involves visiting customers in their homes, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive community experience. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, a strong understanding of social housing, and the ability to work in a busy environment. Flexible working options and a robust benefits package are included, making this a great opportunity for those who care about community impact.
Want a role where you can make a real, visible difference to local communities?
You’ll play an important part in supporting the Housing Officer and the wider team to deliver a high-quality estate management service. This is hands‑on, meaningful work — helping to ensure that residents on our estates feel supported, listened to, and able to enjoy a good quality of life.
You’ll show, through your approach and actions, that you genuinely care about our residents. Their views and priorities will shape how you support the delivery of excellent services across our neighbourhoods.
The role includes visiting customers in their homes, so you’ll need to be comfortable moving around our estates independently and confidently.
We are the city’s largest social housing association, providing over 16,000 homes for more than 35,000 residents — and we’re growing. With a strong people‑first culture and a commitment to quality, we work hard to deliver well‑managed homes and great services for our communities.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, select Apply and complete our form. Remember to refer to the person specification to show how your skills, knowledge, and experience meet the role requirements.
