We are looking for an Assistant Head of Out of Hospital on a 12-month secondment basis.
The Assistant Head of Out of Hospital Pathways will provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Service, taking a lead role in the management and development of the Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team.
As a key member of the Adult Social Care (ASC) Senior Leadership Team, the post-holder will drive service improvement, ensure value for money, and deliver high‑quality customer service.
