As Assistant Head of Department, you will:

• Support the Head of Department in curriculum management and development for Construction Multi-Skills, Property Maintenance Operations, and Bricklaying.
• Lead and motivate teaching teams to ensure outstanding standards of teaching and learning.
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance within the department.
• Contribute to student recruitment, retention, and achievement.
• Deliver exemplary teaching, learning, and assessment.
