The Opportunity

Join our Finance Shared Services team as an Assistant Financial Accountant, supporting the Financial Accounting & Tax team with control, compliance, and continuous improvement across various business categories. Responsibilities include ledger control, VAT returns, intercompany forecasting, and fixed asset management. This role is ideal for AAT qualified candidates or those working towards it, eager to develop their finance career.

  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close for AP, AR, fixed assets, and general ledger
  • Prepare VAT returns and GRNI reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, manage depreciation, disposals, and verifications
  • Reconcile and forecast group intercompany positions
  • Support balance sheet reconciliations and compliance tasks
  • Participate in projects and process improvements
