A leading NHS Trust in the UK seeks an Estate Stores Assistant to support the efficient operation of the Estates Stores service. The Estates Stores Assistant is a vital support role within Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the Estates Stores service. Reporting to the Estates Stock Controller (Band 4), the postholder will assist in the day-to-day handling, recording, and distribution of Estates stock, ensuring that materials are readily available to support maintenance and project teams across the Trust.
This role requires a methodical and proactive approach to stock handling, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and service responsiveness. The Estates Stores Assistant will support the use of procurement and inventory systems, help maintain organised and secure storage environments and ensure that stock movements are properly documented in line with Trust procedures.
