As an Assistant Director of Education

You will be the driving force behind a community of schools, moving beyond the boundaries of a single institution to influence the education of many pupils. You will be the architect of improvement, focusing specifically on breaking down barriers for disadvantaged learners and ensuring every child—regardless of background—receives a world‑class education.

Your Growth & Impact

In this role, you won't just follow a strategy; you will build it. You will join our senior leadership team to:

• Lead with Autonomy: Directly line manage a cluster of schools, providing the mentorship and challenge necessary to empower Headteachers and senior leaders.
• Innovate Curriculum & Pedagogy: Contribute your expertise to the Trust‑wide education strategy. You will lead the implementation of cutting‑edge curriculum and assessment models that set new benchmarks for the sector.
• Strategic Resource Management: Command the effective deployment of funds and resources, ensuring that every penny spent translates into a tangible improvement in pupil outcomes.
• Master Quality Assurance: Develop and refine robust procedures for monitoring performance. You will be the "early warning system" and the primary support pillar for schools on their journey to excellence.
