This is your chance to join Deloitte's growing M&A Finance team within SRTA. You will work on high-profile assignments involving equity capital markets, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions in a client-focused environment.

The M&A Finance team comprises qualified accountants with transaction experience, advising on some of the largest cross-border deals. We deploy experienced professionals who can manage and drive CFO's capital agendas, working alongside clients and other advisors to protect and realize value at deal completion.

We operate across disciplines, accessing Deloitte's expertise in M&A Tech, People, merger integration or separation, modeling, and analytics. Our work often involves international assignments requiring broad networks across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist M&A Finance advice based on your experience managing finance workstreams across various transactions.
  • Support project leadership in designing finance operating models, change management, finance tech selection, cost benchmarking, and value creation opportunities.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers, managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Assist in drafting key transaction documents and coordinating diligence activities.
  • Lead and coordinate meetings, prepare presentation materials, and support business development.

  • Strong technical accounting and finance background.
  • Experience designing finance functions for transactions and conducting readiness assessments.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex finance projects and change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of finance control environments and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with PE-backed businesses and enacting change in finance functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
