Job Description
  • Provide specialised financial support for housing and commercial property development projects.
  • Deliver insightful financial advice to project managers through strong business partnering.
  • Monitor and enhance financial performance within the development and sales functions.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Appraisal teams to support data-led decision-making.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve financial reporting processes to meet the changing needs of the development team.
The Successful Applicant
  • Part-qualified and actively progressing toward ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
  • Solid understanding of VAT treatment in property/construction schemes
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Power BI & Dynamics 365
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for contributing to operational discussions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines
