Job Description
- Provide specialised financial support for housing and commercial property development projects.
- Deliver insightful financial advice to project managers through strong business partnering.
- Monitor and enhance financial performance within the development and sales functions.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Appraisal teams to support data-led decision-making.
- Build and maintain effective relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Continuously improve financial reporting processes to meet the changing needs of the development team.
The Successful Applicant
- Part-qualified and actively progressing toward ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
- Solid understanding of VAT treatment in property/construction schemes
- Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Power BI & Dynamics 365
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for contributing to operational discussions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines
