Job Role: Assistant Cook
Hours: 22 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (£13.26 per hour on the weekend)
Location: Moorhaven, Normandy Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1JT
Shift Patterns:

Shifts will vary between the hours of 7:30am/8:00am till 15:00pm/17:00pm to include alternate weekends

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working as a Cook/Chef within a Care Setting, you must have a Level 2 QCF qualification in catering or demonstrable experience in working as a Chef or a Cook.

  • Provide a high standard or varied menus, reflecting individual dietary requirements, and ensuring nutritional value is monitored.
  • To manage and order food stock.
  • Supporting with maintaining a clean and safe kitchen to a high standard.
  • To work with the kitchen assistant in the preparation and serving of food.
