This role involves delivering building surveying services across various sectors including residential and healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Surveying, 12 months of experience in private practice, and will work towards APC. Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months' experience within private practice or consultancy.
  • Working towards APC (full support provided).
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in delivering a full range of building surveying services.
  • Supporting senior surveyors with building condition surveys and defect analysis.
  • Preparing specifications and schedules of work.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of construction and building regulations
Excellent communication skills
Organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
