Salary: £32,000-£37,000 (OTE £38,000-£40,000) + Quarterly Bonus + Profit Share

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting the Branch Manager to run a professional, efficient branch.
  • Managing and motivating a small team to achieve high standards of service and operational excellence.
  • Maintaining high standards of organisation and presentation across the warehouse and trade counter.
  • Building and sustaining professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Overseeing stock management and branch operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.

    • Wednesday-Friday: 7:00am-5:30pm
    • Saturday: 8:30am-12:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)
    • Sunday: Closed
    • Monday-Tuesday: 7:00am-5:30pm
