A leading accounting firm in Aberdeen City is seeking an Assistant Accountant to perform daily accounting operations, prepare monthly invoices, and assist with audits. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of accounting experience, LCC higher Level or above, and proficiency in MS Office. This position offers attractive remuneration based on experience and qualifications.
Perform daily accounting operations independently, including data input, bank reconciliations and payment.
Preparing monthly invoices, customer receipts, checking overdue invoices and negotiating with customers to settle debts.
Support accountant to meet monthly reporting deadlines and prepare audit-related documents. Ad hoc tasks as required.
