Structured Investing is a globalmulti-disciplinary front office structuring teamwithin Asset and Wealth Management (“AWM”) specializing in optimizing the Firm’s investing and lending activities as well as its funding and legal entity structure and strategy. The team focuses on originating, structuring and executing transactions that affect the Firm’s global tax, regulatory and accounting positions as well as AWM’s funding profile. We work on transactions with deal teams across AWM and the rest of the Firm, as well as originate and execute our own transactions. This is a creative, analytical and execution-focused team, comprised of people with diverse structuring backgrounds who thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
