• Significant experience in engineering design or construction, ideally in water, networks or related infrastructure.
• Experience of mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues.
• Sound understanding of safety, regulatory and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the strategic direction for asset standards and products.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of Minimum Asset Standards and Design Manuals.
• Lead the creation and improvement of standard products.
