Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role ideally within the construction/engineering/FM industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders.
• Able to effectively manage time, organise and prioritise to meet demands.
• Strong IT skills with experience of using database/portal systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the generation and issuance of Planned Preventative Maintenance work orders.
• Plan service remedial works with direct labor or subcontractors.
• Order parts, access equipment, and tools.
• Update customer portals and planners, ensuring completion within strict SLAs.
• Process all reactive paperwork and liaise with various teams.
