A leading water services provider is seeking an Asset Health Support Technician to manage operational data and ensure compliance in maintaining service quality. The role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills, with a focus on making impactful contributions to the service. The position is based at Enterprise House, with the option for home-based work. Benefits include a competitive salary and various flexibility options.
Location: Enterprise House, Lincoln / Home‑Based (with travel to Lincoln as required)
Contract: 9 months FTC/Secondment | Full‑Time with flexibility for part‑time
Salary: Circa £28k

Integrated Maintenance, Repair & Development Services (IMRDS) Alliance – Part of the Anglian Water network, focuses on infrastructure maintenance work and is responsible for: water network pressure management, finding and fixing leaks, replacing lead pipes and repairing burst mains.
As an Asset Health Support Technician, you'll be at the core of data management, system monitoring, and operational excellence, ensuring that clean, safe water reaches our customers—every single day. This is a desk‑based role, but it’s packed with responsibility, collaboration, and impact.
Managing & monitoring operational data to maintain smooth operations.
Tracking key maintenance programmes and ensuring compliance.
Updating & maintaining corporate systems (SAP, GNET, IRIS).
Providing administrative support and coordinating with stakeholders.
GCSE (or equivalent) in a technical subject.
Bonus if you have any experience in water distribution systems (or packages like SAP/GNET).
Proactive thinker with strong communication skills.
