We are currently recruiting for an Asset Technician to join our Severnside Dairy

Location: Severnside

Hours: 4 on 4 off: days only: 7AM - 7PM

Department: Engineering / PLFM

Reports to: PLFM & Creamery Engineering Team Lead

Are you hands-on, quick-thinking, and ready to tackle challenges head-on?

As an Asset Care Technician, you'll be on the front line of our production environment, ensuring machines run efficiently and issues are resolved fast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate support for breakdowns and repairs
• Operate and maintain all production machinery
• Participate in CI activities, escalations, and line optimization
• Attend regular performance and planning meetings
• Use CMMS to log maintenance activities

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces
• Familiar with LOTO procedures (desirable)
• Strong process awareness and PC literacy
