Job summary

Cobalt are delighted to be supporting an exceptional global investment and development Management business, on their search for an Asset Manager to join their office and retail team in London.

As part of the team, you'll work on some of the most exciting City of London redevelopments and core UK assets - from flagship office projects to dynamic regional portfolios. You'll gain hands-on exposure across the full investment lifecycle, helping shape and deliver high-value real estate projects that drive performance and sustainability.

What You'll Do
  • Support the management of a diverse UK real estate portfolio (office and retail).
  • Assist in delivering major London development projects - including feasibility analysis, financial modelling, and consultant coordination.
  • Prepare business plans, budgets, and performance reports for clients and senior management.
  • Drive leasing strategies, tenant engagement, and ESG initiatives (GRESB, Net Zero Carbon, certifications).
  • Contribute to asset sales, valuations, and due diligence alongside acquisition and fund management teams.
  • Collaborate across teams to unlock value and optimise asset performance.
About You
  • 2-4 years' experience in real estate, ideally in asset management, valuation, investment, or development.
  • RICS qualification (or working towards) is a plus.
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; ARGUS experience a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from a global network of experts.
