Job description

We are recruiting two full time Assessment Support Coordinators to work within the Peripatetic Team in Dorset, working flexibly across teams. Both are full time, one based in Blandford, the other Ferndown.

As an Assessment Support Coordinator, you will be working alongside Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and health colleagues across a range of settings to support people to remain as independent as possible and linked in with their local networks.
