Assembly Supervisor

Location: Dorking, Surrey
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 39 hours per week

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30am 4:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am 3:00pm
    ( hour unpaid lunch)

What Youll Do

  • Manage assembly operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Set and monitor daily/weekly targets, implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Mentor Team Leaders and apprentices, building a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Maintain top-tier Health & Safety standards and ensure risk assessments are current.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product quality and process issues.
  • Champion lean manufacturing techniques and efficiency improvements.
  • Support recruitment, training, and succession planning for production staff.
