Overview

Assembly Operative/Fitter (Aerospace) – Stansted, Essex
Salary up to 32,000 per annum DOE + overtime + company benefits + every other Friday off

Do you have experience in assembly and hands-on roles? Are you looking for dedicated training, development and progression within a well-established company within the aircraft sector?

On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Fitter to join a multibillion turnover aircraft company, to have dedicated training and development and career options with an industry-leading EASA 145 facility.

The Role

• Disassemble, test, fault-find and repair various aircraft safety equipment (inflatable slides, rafts etc)
• Dedicated Training & Technical Development
• Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm, every other Friday off

The Person

• Assembly, hands-on, manufacturing/production background
• Previous experience working with flight safety equipment desirable but not essential
• Previously working within aviation industry desirable but not essential

Location: Ideally you will be located within a commutable distance to Stansted Airport.
