  • Position: Assembly Fitter
  • Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + Overtime
  • Location: Crawley
  • Hours: Monday – Friday
  • Benefits: On-site parking

Join a fast-paced and collaborative team where your work contributes to safeguarding people and infrastructure in high-profile locations around the world.

As a Final Assembly Technician, you’ll be involved in the full build process — from initial assembly to final finishing — ensuring each product meets precise specifications and quality standards. You’ll also support factory testing and help prepare products for shipment.

Assembly Fitter responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed engineering drawings and specifications
  • Perform quality checks throughout the build process to ensure compliance with standards
  • Conduct final finishing and adjustments to ensure optimal product performance
  • Participate in factory acceptance testing and document results
  • Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
