About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assembler III to join our production team. In this role, you will build both standard and custom mechanical / electrical equipment used worldwide. This position requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Assemblers at this level help drive our reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and follow assembly instructions, schematics, and part drawings
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical systems to meet specifications
  • Test, troubleshoot, and verify assemblies for quality and performance
  • Identify and report non-conformances or issues to the team leader
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Lead or support complex / custom builds
  • Assist in improving work instructions and procedures as needed
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or maintenance assembly roles
  • Strong ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Skilled with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment
  • Experience leading or coordinating work on multi-component assemblies
  • Proficiency in documentation and basic computer applications (ERP & MS Office)
  • High level of accuracy, ownership, and craftsmanship in your work
  • Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license
